Payment Methods

We accept Visa and Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Wire transfer or PayPal payments via mail, telephone, fax or through our web site. We also accpet money orders, in US dollars only via mail. All money orders should be made payable to SlightlyIR.com. Please note all money orders require 7 days clearance.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We at SlightlyIR.com try at all times to give our customers good service and top quality products, if you are not completely statisfied with your order contact us for return shipping instructions for any unopened item(s). If item(s) have been opened, please contact us directly to discuss your issue.

Refunds

Please allow 7-14 business days for refund processing. A $5.00 restocking fee may apply for returned orders.

Shipping Information

Shipping usually occurs within 48 hours, depending upon your address and choice of shipping method, if you require delivery by a specific date please advise us and we will do our best to accomodate to your needs. A fee of $2.50 will be added for each addition or change to an existing order. A $5.00 restocking fee may apply to returned orders.

Shipping Charges

Our standard shipping in the mainland US is via UPS ground equivalent. Charges are based on weight and destination calculated directly with UPS at point of purchase to minimize shipping overcharges. If you are wanting to pay by check or postal order then please select all items wanted and follow through shopping cart, where you should select payment option as check. This will calculate shipping accurately for you.

Damaged Product

Should your products arrive to you in a damaged condition please request a representative of the shipping company to review your claim and inspect your package. Claims must be made within 72 hours of the date received. Save all cartons and packaging materials. If you return damaged goods and/or packaging you may lose your right to file claim against the shipping company, and may be billed for refused shipments and restocking charges.

Pricing Information

Though SlightlyIR.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. We cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, SlightlyIR.com, shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mis-priced, SlightlyIR.com may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
